Babette
Williams spent 35 years in the horse world as a professional
trainer, equitation instructor, owner, breeder and American
Horse Shows Association approved judge. Her second career
was as a Real Estate Broker in New Jersey and Florida.
Her
publications include "Lucky," which appeared in The Gaited Horse and was selected as the winner of
the Annual Merial Human-Animal Bond Award in 2002; and The
Swamp, an outsider's Alumni Magazine in 2004.
She
and her husband live at Oak Hammock, a retirement community
at the University of Florida, where they enjoy their blended
family, their dogs, and above all, each other. |
